So may has been a hard month for me my diet has been horrible according to my standards i have consumed to much sodium and i see it on my body super bloated and it sucks but i’m suffering the consequences. But june is almost here and its time to start fresh my new eating habits will begin today officially.
With insanity I have lost a total of 7 inches on my body and only 6 lbs so i’m clearly gaining more muscle than anything else. I am almost done with the 60 days and starting the second round second week of june wish me luck.
Just thought i would update your guys on my failings and my success.
